Jin Yin Kuan

Jin Yin Kuan is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at Dentons Rodyk in Singapore. She graduated from the University of Birmingham with a First Class Honours degree in Law (2019) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2021.

Her main areas of practice are corporate and commercial disputes, including insolvency litigation and both domestic and international arbitration, as well as professional malpractice litigation.

She has successfully represented clients in a S$6 million High Court dispute involving breach of contract and misrepresentation; acted for foreign liquidators in obtaining Singapore court recognition of foreign insolvency proceedings; acted for creditor applicants in Judicial Management applications before the Singapore International Commercial Court; represented debtor companies in moratorium applications under the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act; and has been involved in SIAC and ICC arbitrations. She also regularly advises on governance disputes, conversion rights, and restructuring matters.

She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
