Joli Cheah

Joli Cheah is a Senior Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice group, specialising in Capital Markets Law. Her main areas of practice include corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis on equity capital markets transactions.

Joli also advises on blockchain technology related transactions and has acted on various public and private corporate and commercial matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring exercises and legal due diligence. She is experienced in drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements, servicing agreements, memoranda of understanding, and board and shareholder resolutions, and advises on Singapore law issues, corporate governance and compliance matters.

Joli holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2021) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2022. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
