LIN Chunlong

Lin Chunlong is a Partner in the International Arbitration, Shipping, International Trade & Commodities Disputes, Asset Recovery & International Enforcement, and Commercial & Corporate Disputes Practices at WongPartnership, specialising in dispute resolution. He has extensive experience advising clients on complex, high-value disputes across the shipbuilding, commodities, and corporate sectors. He regularly appears before the Singapore Courts and in international arbitration proceedings, including matters before the SIAC and ICC.

He has expertise in shipbuilding contract disputes, including claims arising from vessel defects, construction delays, refund guarantee enforcement, and wrongful rejection or termination of shipbuilding contracts. In the commodities space, he handles disputes involving the sale and purchase of bulk commodities. He regularly acts for corporations and high-net-worth individuals in commercial and corporate disputes, including minority oppression claims, shareholder disagreements, breach of directors' duties, and other complex intra‑company conflicts. He is also well regarded for his expertise in asset recovery and enforcement, including the tracing and recovery of digital assets, obtaining court orders against exchanges and wallet operators, and enforcing arbitral awards and court judgments across multiple jurisdictions.

Lin Chunlong holds an LL.B. (Magna Cum Laude) from Singapore Management University and is admitted to the Singapore Bar. He was also an instructor for the Pre‑Trial Practice in Civil Litigation course at Singapore Management University.
