Long Pee Hua

Long Pee Hua is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in capital markets law and private funds. She has extensive experience acting for issuers and underwriters on a wide range of high value and complex transactions, from initial public offerings of REITs and business trusts to the restructuring of listed trusts, including the first internalisation of a trust manager.

She continues to advise REIT and business trust issuers post‑listing on follow‑on equity offerings, acquisitions, debt transactions, convertible bond issues, and regulatory and compliance work. She also has substantial experience in private fund transactions, having advised major real estate developers and fund managers on the establishment, restructuring, and investment into private funds. Proficient in Mandarin, she frequently advises on Chinese transactions.

Long Pee Hua holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2005. She joined the firm in 2005 and became a Partner in 2010. She has been ranked by Chambers Asia‑Pacific for capital markets, recognised by IFLR1000 in capital markets and investment funds, and is a key lawyer in Legal 500. She is also recognised by Lexology Index South‑east Asia for private funds.
