Rhys Goh

Rhys Goh is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in capital markets, corporate regulatory and compliance, and ESG. He has extensive experience acting for issuers, underwriters, and shareholders on a wide range of innovative, high-value transactions, including initial public offerings of companies, business trusts and special purpose acquisition companies, spin-off listings, secondary listings, rights issues, and block trades.

Rhys has advised on landmark transactions including the US$400 million IPO of UltraGreen.ai Limited on the SGX (the largest non-REIT listing since 2017); the secondary listing of NIO Inc. on the SGX (the first three-way exchange listing across the U.S., Hong Kong and Singapore); the S$2.3 billion IPO of NetLink NBN Trust (the first completed IPO in Singapore involving an internalised trustee-manager structure); the S$510.1 million IPO of Nanofilm Technologies International (the first nanotechnology solutions provider listed on the SGX); and the S$3.34 billion rights issue of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation. He also continues to advise listed issuers on ongoing corporate and compliance work and fund-raising exercises.

Rhys holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 2003 and is also a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (admitted 2005).

He is recognised as a leading individual by Chambers, a recommended practitioner by Lexology Index, and a notable practitioner by IFLR1000, and is highly regarded for his technical expertise, commercial pragmatism, and dedication to client outcomes.
