Mason Sim

Mason Sim is an Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Projects department, focusing on energy and infrastructure projects, project financing, and corporate transactions.

He has acted for contractors, developers, lenders and asset managers on the development, construction and financing of solar photovoltaic projects in Singapore and the Maldives, including preparing and reviewing engineering, procurement and construction contracts, power purchase agreements and security documents. He also advised on a coal prepayment and offtake arrangement for a Dubai-based company, and provided regulatory advice to a national oil company on its Singapore operations. In the corporate space, he has acted on share acquisitions and investments involving Singapore, BVI and Delaware entities, conducting legal due diligence and drafting share purchase agreements and shareholders agreements. His financing work includes advising lenders on syndicated and project-related loans across Singapore, Indonesia and Timor Leste.

Mason graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2023 with an LL.B and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2024.

He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
