Sheryl Ang

Sheryl Ang is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice, specialising in Infrastructure Law. Her main area of practice is commercial litigation and arbitration, with a focus on construction and engineering disputes.

Sheryl has represented local contractors in international arbitrations administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) concerning claims for variations, delay damages and backcharges, and has acted in domestic arbitrations under SIAC Rules concerning breaches of supply, design, installation and testing contracts. She also has extensive experience in adjudication proceedings under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (SOPA), including applications to set aside adjudication determinations and injunctions to restrain calls on performance bonds. In addition, she advises insurers on coverage, liability and quantum issues across various classes of insurance, and has acted in director disputes, criminal defence and family matters.

Sheryl holds an LL.B. from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2014) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2016.

She is recognised as a Future Star for Construction by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific (2026).
