ONG Kuan Chung

Ong Kuan Chung is a Partner in the Equity Capital Markets Practice, specialising in equity capital markets and real estate investment trusts (REITs). He advises issuers and underwriters on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs) and follow‑on equity offerings, across multiple jurisdictions and sectors.

He is recognised as a "Rising Star Partner" for Equity Capital Markets by IFLR1000 and ranked as an "Up-and-Coming" lawyer for Capital Markets by Chambers Global & Asia‑Pacific. He has been involved in landmark transactions for a wide range of clients, providing strategic legal counsel on complex corporate finance and capital markets matters.

Ong Kuan Chung holds a First Class Honours LL.B. from the University of Tasmania, where he was awarded the WA Finlay Prize in Law, and a BCL Master’s degree from the University of Oxford. He is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
