Raheja Jamaludin

Raheja Jamaludin is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, specialising in Dispute Resolution. Her main areas of practice include commercial and general litigation, with a focus on construction law.

Raheja has acted for local construction firms in pursuing claims for works done, variations, extensions of time, and defending against claims for backcharges, general damages, liquidated damages and defects. She has also assisted in various adjudication and adjudication review proceedings, including representing architectural firms in claims for work done. In addition, she has represented high-net-worth creditors in applications to remove Court-appointed liquidators, assisted liquidators in recovery of monies, and handled various winding up and bankruptcy applications before the General Division of the High Court.

Raheja holds an LL.B. (Second Class Honours, Upper) from the National University of Singapore (2018) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore, the Singapore Academy of Law and an Assigned Solicitor of the Legal Aid Bureau.
