Jimmy Yim, SC

Jimmy Yim, SC is the Chairman of Drew & Napier LLC and was the Managing Director of the firm's Dispute Resolution practice for 15 years prior to that. He was conferred the rank of Senior Counsel in 1998, one of the youngest ever appointed below the age of 40.

He has deep experience in civil and commercial litigation and international arbitration involving high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional disputes. He has appeared as lead counsel before the Supreme Court, the Singapore International Commercial Court and international arbitration tribunals, and has sat as sole arbitrator and on three-member panels in numerous arbitrations under the rules of SIAC, ICC, LCIA, ARIAS and UNCITRAL. His experience spans energy projects, building and construction, joint ventures, infrastructure, telecommunications and technology.

Jimmy holds an LL.B. (Hons) and an LL.M. from the National University of Singapore. He is also admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales.
