Victoria Chia

Victoria Chia is an Associate in the Dentons Rodyk Corporate Real Estate practice group, specialising in Real Estate Law. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of real estate matters, including the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings across office, retail, industrial and JTC sites, change‑of‑use applications and lease tenure upgrades for redevelopment, acquisitions and disposals of residential, commercial and mixed‑use units, leasing for landlords and tenants, real estate aspects of corporate M&A, and real estate‑related financing.

Victoria has acted for the joint venture between a leading global investment manager and YTL on the S$290 million purchase of Citadines, a 299‑key service apartment asset in downtown Singapore, and for ESR Trust Management (Suntec) Limited in the divestment of office strata units at Suntec Tower Three. She has also advised on the deal structuring for the partial redevelopment of a major mixed‑use strata‑titled development exceeding 70,000 square metres.

Victoria holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2024) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore in 2026. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
