Yeo You Wei

Yeo Youwei is a Counsel at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in capital markets law and banking and finance. He advises issuers, banks, and trustees on a broad range of debt capital market transactions, including programme establishments and updates, offerings of notes and perpetual securities, liability management exercises, covered bonds, and asset securitisations. He also acts for both borrowers and lenders on bilateral and syndicated facilities, development financings, acquisition financings, IPO financings, and onshore-offshore financings.

He has extensive experience in complex debt capital market transactions, including programme establishments, bond offerings, and securitisation arrangements, as well as cross-border financing transactions. He was seconded to the London office of Slaughter and May in 2022.

He holds a First Class Honours LL.B. from the University of Bristol and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2018. He has published on capital markets regulation in Singapore.
