Daniel Lam

Daniel Lam is a Senior Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice, specialising in Dispute Resolution. His main areas of practice involve commercial litigation, with a keen interest in corporate matters.

Daniel has represented individuals in High Court cases involving equity and trust claims valued at approximately S$4 million, and has successfully resolved matters through mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre. He has advised on partnership agreements, employment contracts and non‑disclosure agreements, and assisted one of the top Chinese banks in insolvency proceedings involving a S$107 million debt, which proceeded to the Court of Appeal with a successful outcome.

Daniel holds an LL.B. (Honours) from the National University of Singapore (2021) and also has a postgraduate law degree in Commercial and Company Law. He was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in August 2022.
