Geena Liaw

Geena Liaw is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Real Estate practice, specialising in Real Estate Law. Her practice encompasses the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings, acquisition of sites for redevelopment, leasing for landlords and tenants, acting for developers across all stages of project cycles, real estate aspects of corporate M&A, and real estate financing.

Geena has advised on numerous high-value transactions, including acting for a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Frasers Property on the S$140.9 million sale of Fraser Residence River Promenade, advising a joint venture between a leading global investment manager and Weave Living on the S$148 million purchase of Citadines Mount Sophia, and acting for Union Investment Real Estate GmbH on the S$450 million sale of VisionCrest Commercial. She also acted for a subsidiary of CapitaLand on the S$340 million acquisition of JCube mall, for Keppel Corporation on the S$657.2 million divestment of Keppel Bay Tower, and for the owners of Citimac Industrial Complex on its S$430.1 million collective sale.

Geena holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2015). She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.

She is recognised in Best Lawyers in Singapore for Real Estate Law (2026).
