Ho Ying Ming

Ho Ying Ming is a Partner at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and corporate finance. He has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border M&A, complex corporate restructuring and reorganisations, and private equity investments, advising global private equity and venture capital firms, financial institutions, emerging growth companies, sovereign wealth funds, and multinational corporates.

Ho Ying Ming has acted for Dymon Asia Private Equity on investments in Asia Facility Solutions, Asia Medical Enviro Services, Chye Thiam Maintenance, and Amara Holdings; for management in TPG Capital Asia's acquisition of Quest Laboratories and Gribbles Pathology to form Pathology Asia Holdings; for Lone Star Funds in the unprecedented landmark sale of Saizen REIT's entire real-estate portfolio in Japan for approximately S$517.3 million; for UBS AG as financial adviser to the Bank of China Group Investment consortium in the US$11.6 billion private equity buyout scheme for Global Logistic Properties; and as Singapore counsel for SoftBank Vision Fund on investments in an Indian hotel chain and Grofers International. He also advised Nestlé S.A. on its S$2.1 billion scheme takeover of Hsu Fu Chi International and Heliconia Capital Management on investments in Asian Healthcare Specialists, Carousell, ONE Championship, and Secretlab.

Ho Ying Ming holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2002). He was called to the Singapore Bar in 2003 and is also an Attorney and Counselor-at-Law of the State of New York (2009).
