Joshua Suwe

Joshua Suwe is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. He is experienced in single and multi‑jurisdictional M&A, domestic and international joint ventures, and corporate restructuring, and advises generally on corporate and commercial law.

Joshua has acted for multinational corporations, public listed companies, and private equity firms in domestic and cross‑border transactions across various industries, including real estate, digital infrastructure, healthcare, and insurance. He has advised Singapore Telecommunications Limited on its joint venture with KKR under which KKR committed up to S$1.1 billion for a 20% stake in Singtel's regional data centre business; HSBC Insurance (Asia‑Pacific) Holdings Ltd on its US$529 million acquisition of AXA Insurance Pte. Ltd.; and Singapore Power Limited on HSBC Asset Management's investment in SP Mobility Pte. Ltd., a leading electric vehicle charging point operator in Singapore.

Joshua holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2018) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019. He was one of the top candidates, ranked joint ninth in Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations 2018. He joined Allen & Gledhill as a Practice Trainee in end‑2018.
