Tasha Wie

Tasha Wie is an Associate Director in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group at Drew & Napier, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She also advises on employment law and healthcare-related regulatory and commercial matters.

Tasha supports clients through the full lifecycle of transactions, including structuring, due diligence, and documentation, and regularly advises on shareholder arrangements, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. She has acted for one of Singapore's Integrated Resorts in relation to its further investment to expand non‑gaming facilities and gaming concessions as part of a SGD 9 billion total investment commitment; acted for the founders of a Singapore‑based technology company on the sale of shares to an overseas strategic acquirer; acted for Druk Holding & Investments Limited on a landmark collaboration concerning cryptocurrency mining farms in Bhutan; and acted for a British multinational online food and grocery delivery company on its retrenchment and cessation of Singapore operations. She also advises on employee share incentive and equity arrangements, and healthcare regulatory and commercial matters.

Tasha holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Birmingham and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2020.
